   We examine both air systems and below-floor crawlspaces: ducts, vents, coils, as well as crawlspace walls, floor, insulation, and vapor barriers to identify mold, mildew, moisture sources, and humidity problems.

2. Containment & Safe Mold/Mildew Removal

   We carefully contain treated zones (for HVAC or crawlspace), use HEPA filtration and air scrubbers when needed, and safely remove mold/mildew.

3. Deep Cleaning, Disinfection & Debris Removal

   Non-porous surfaces (ducts, vents, coils) are cleaned and disinfected. In crawlspaces we also remove contaminated insulation or debris and clean surfaces affected by mold or mildew.

4. Moisture & Humidity Control — Crawlspace Encapsulation & Dehumidifiers

   1. We can install a heavy-duty vapor barrier and fully seal crawlspaces (“encapsulation”), closing vents, sealing walls/floor, and covering exposed ground to block ground moisture and outside humidity. 

   2. We install commercial-grade dehumidifiers to control humidity and prevent moisture buildup — a key step in stopping mold and mildew before they start.

   3. We address drainage, ventilation, leaks, and water intrusion so the root causes of dampness are resolved.

5. Final Inspection & Long-Term Prevention Plan

   Once cleanup and moisture control are complete, we conduct a thorough final inspection: ensuring mold/mildew is gone, crawlspace is sealed and dry, and humidity levels are controlled.
